Our breads are made with the simplest of ingredients; flour, water, salt and a long fermentation give our breads their exceptional flavour, aroma and texture. Our loaves are still made in the time-honoured fashion of using natural sourdough starter and no unnecessary additives.

Our most rustic sourdough is characterized by a chewy crust, moist and creamy interior, and a more pronounced sour flavour due to a slightly longer fermentation time.
