At Okanagan Grocery we believe less is more!

Our breads are made with the simplest of ingredients; flour, water, salt and a long fermentation give our breads their exceptional flavour, aroma and texture.  Our loaves are still made in the time-honoured fashion of using natural sourdough starter and no unnecessary additives.

Classic soft German pretzel – moist interior and perfectly crisp, golden crust. Our plain pretzels are finished off with a dusting of flaky sea salt, while our cheese pretzels are topped with gouda cheese. Pairs perfectly with Fieldgold Foods mustard.

Delicious, savoury bagel flavoured with sautéed onions, poppyseeds and sesame seeds. Our bagels are boiled, and then baked until perfectly crisp and golden brown.

Rosa Lina Sourdough  $6.95

Our most rustic sourdough is characterized by a chewy crust, moist and creamy interior, and a more pronounced sour flavour due to a slightly longer fermentation time.

- Apple Raisin Sourdough & Challah Bread

Challah$7.75

Classic Jewish bread enriched with eggs and butter. This bread is slightly sweet. Eat it as is or use it for the perfect french toast!

Apple Raisin Sourdough$7.75

Perfectly chewy crust with a tender interior. This loaf is filled with tart apples, and juicy raisins and sweetened with a touch of honey. Eat it as is by the slice or toast it and top with butter and honey!

Cinnamon Raisin Bread$7.50

Our cinnamon raisin bread is loaded with plump raisins and just the right amount of cinnamon. We’ve added a touch of brown sugar and topped it off with egg wash and a dusting of cinnamon sugar.

Babka Callebaut Chocolate Brioche$8.25

This is a sweet, soft-braided bread. We use two kinds of chocolate and cocoa to make this delicious swirl bread.

Rosemary Focaccia$5.75
