Learn how to make your own bread from scratch with Okanagan Grocery’s bread experts. Each 3 hour hands-on lesson guides you through every step of the sourdough bread making process. Turn flour and water into your very own beautiful loaf of warm, crusty sourdough!

Level 2 – Advanced Sourdough

Learn the techniques of baking bread with whole grains.
