Learn how to make your own bread from scratch with Okanagan Grocery’s bread experts. Each 3 hour hands-on lesson guides you through every step of the sourdough bread making process. Turn flour and water into your very own beautiful loaf of warm, crusty sourdough!

Croissants and Puff Pastry

Join us for this hands-on class where you will master the techniques in making your very own croissants and puff pastry from scratch! We’ll carefully guide you through each step, from mixing and laminating to proofing and baking.
