Artisan Bread Baking Workshops

Thank you to all of the bread baking enthusiasts that have signed up for our workshops! The June 2nd Level 1 course will be our final course offering before  summer. We will resume bread and pastry workshops in September 2018. Specific course dates will be posted as soon as dates are determined.

Level 1 – Introduction to Sourdough

Learn the basics of sourdough bread baking.

  • 3 hours of hands on learning
  • Learn and master two methods of shaping
  • One baked loaf of sourdough bread that you will bake in our commercial oven
  • 2 loaves of sourdough bread that you will bake at home
  • One container of white sourdough starter

Level 2 – Advanced Sourdough

Learn the techniques of baking bread with whole grains.

Price: $75

  • 3 hours of hands on learning
  • Learn the techniques in making: pumpernickel bread, rye sourdough bread and the baguette
  • One container of rye sourdough starter
  • Coffee and a snack
